Service Technician (Sales & Installation)

Splash City is hiring a Service Technician in Sioux City. This role combines service work, delivery, installation, and customer interaction with light sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and repair spas, pools, and related equipment
  • Assemble pool tables, patio furniture, and recreational items
  • Support product sales and customer service needs
  • Follow up with customers and coordination team
  • Assist with installation and field operations

Schedule

  • Full-time Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Occasional Saturdays, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Compensation

  • $50,000 – $65,000 per year
  • Plus commission and bonus opportunities
  • Overtime opportunities available

Requirements

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Basic tools required
  • Reliable and punctual work history
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
