Overview

Splash City is hiring a Field Service Technician to perform hands-on mechanical and maintenance work on pool and spa systems throughout the Sioux Falls metro area.

This role focuses on field service calls, troubleshooting equipment issues, completing repairs, and performing routine maintenance at residential and commercial customer locations.

No prior pool or spa experience is required. Training is provided for candidates who are mechanically inclined, reliable, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Responsibilities

· Diagnose and repair mechanical and system issues in the field

· Perform routine maintenance across assigned service routes

· Install and configure new pool and spa systems at customer sites

· Troubleshoot operational issues and determine repair solutions

· Communicate professionally with customers during service visits

· Maintain accurate service records and daily job documentation

· Manage assigned route schedule independently

Compensation

$50,000 – $85,000 per year based on experience and performance

Qualifications

· Mechanical aptitude or hands-on work experience preferred (not required)

· Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn

· Ability to work independently in a field-based role

· Valid driver’s license required

· Dependable, safety-minded, and customer-focused
